Duties:
??Generate market appraisals
??Market Properties
??Network and business develop
??Manage own diary
??Value properties
??Attend and generate viewings
??Negotiate offers
??increase market share
??Devise new marketing strategies and develop new ways to generate further business.
Within this role your sole focus will be to value or sell stock and to bring it to the market. You MUST also have a full clean driving licence.
This is a really exciting role for someone who is hungry for a new challenge and keen to progress.
Basic salary in the region of GBP15/16,000 with guarantee on top, for the first six months, by negotiation plus company car.
