Are you looking for your next Administrator role in the Watford area?

We are currently looking to recruit to join a large and busy Pharmaceutical company, within their Business support department, working with a fun and lively team; you'll be based in Watford and will enjoy a great atmosphere.


The working hours will be Monday - Friday 9am until 5pm

As part of this exciting position you will be expected to:
To provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing teams. This could be a variety of activities and skill flexibility is a key requirement.
Liaise with marketing teams and follow up on actions required
Data management including updating and maintenance of databases and shared therapy information and files in the Business Admin folders
Provide Business Analysis from running Sales Reporting (GSR) and being able to manipulate data for useful reporting, both ad hoc and core reporting.
Update internal systems such as mailing lists, contact lists such as telephone lists, out of hours contact information, text & voice mail service or other shared information.
Undertake general administration duties including typing and sending of business communications, printing, filing, typing and distribution of minutes, conference calls, courier bookings and post.
To manage the arrangement of sales meetings and training courses for employees. Financial tracking for meetings where appropriate
