Service Advisor - West London

An exciting new and unique career opportunity has just arisen in the West London area for an experienced car dealership trained Service Advisor, working with one of the world's most iconic brands. You will have the potential to progress your career through training within a great working environment, whilst gaining experience working for a magnificent brand.

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

• Liaising with the Technicians, assisting customers with rectifying faults on their vehicle

• Providing excellent customer service, whilst achieving monthly company targets

• Ensuring all paperwork and documentation is correctly printed and payments are taken correctly

• Advising customers on the availability of the services available

• Performing post-service follow-ups, ensuring customer satisfaction with the vehicle repairs and remedying

Working with this exclusive brand you will need to have:

• Knowledge of the in-house computer software programme

• Ability to work on your own initiative, as well as in a team

• Up-to-date knowledge of the health and safety guidelines

• A Full Driving Licence

Benefits will include:

• Up to GBP32,000 with an OTE of GBP40,000
