The Role

We have a new position available for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join us. You will lead the production of digital campaigns, to drive quality traffic to the Just and HUB websites to generate high quality leads.

This is an opportunity to join us and work across our full product range, including Equity Release and Retirement Income products. The role focusses on direct communication with the customer.

• Production of digital campaigns, collaborating with designers

• Leading D2C marketing campaigns

• Establish and monitor KPI's to measure the success and effectiveness of the digital campaigns

• Project manage and implement SEO initiatives

• Development of marketing automation

• Development of attribution modelling, programmatic strategies and customer acquisition

• Work with the analytics team to produce weekly and monthly digital marketing reports

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Applicants will have solid experience in the production of digital campaigns, ideally you will have worked with a niche product line that is targeting a very specific customer group - you do not necessarily need to have worked within financial services.

• Excellent digital marketing skills including campaign management and evaluation with a desire to continuously learn

• Creative agency or client-side experience

• Knowledge of EpiServer CMS is desirable but not essential

• Depth of creativity to both problem solving and communications

• Confidence and credibility to work with members of the marketing and wider distribution team

• Excellent verbal and written skills

• Good numeracy skills

• Strong stakeholder management experience
