We are recruiting for a Lecturer in Management & Leadership to support the delivery of a range of courses within our Business and Professional section, including Management Apprenticeships at level 3 and level 5.  The post holder will be required to undertake teaching and assessment of core qualifications, tutorials, and off-the-job training for apprenticeships.

The successful candidate will need to hold a Degree or equivalent vocational qualification and, if not already held, should be willing to attain a teaching qualification within the College’s specified timescale.  Vocational experience, relevant subject knowledge and a commitment to continuous improvement are all essential, along with the ability to teach creatively, adapting to the needs of a variety of students.
