We are looking for a Workplace Coordinator to join our Construction and Building Services team here at South Devon College. Working with the Section Head, you will help coordinate the delivery of work-based learning, including traineeship/apprenticeship and work experience programmes as part of core qualifications or as enrichment. You will be responsible for the recruitment and support of learners and employers, playing a key role in developing and maintaining outstanding working relationships with internal and external customers.
The successful candidate will need to hold GCSE level qualifications, including English and maths at grade C or above (or equivalent), and have experience in a similar role, for example arranging placements for trainees, working with apprentices, setting and monitoring SMART targets and outcomes. We are looking for someone who has the ability to market and promote work-based training, working both independently and as part of a team.
