PROJECT MANAGER - PLUMBING, BATHROOMS AND ASSOCIATED WORKS
LOCATION: LIVINGSTON - WEST LOTHIAN
Our client are looking for a Manager to manage their Small works (Plumbing and Bathrooms division) in Livingston, West Lothian.
Average jobs will vary in value ageraging GBP3000 - GBP10000 in value.
DUTIES:
Your job will be to visit new leads. In doing so, you will deal with customers. This will entail measuring teh works for pricing.
After jobs have been priced and won, you will Manage these projects which will include:
Laising with Customers to make final choices and recommendations.
Working with the design department, liaising between designers and customers.
Appointing Tradespeople to carry out the work (Tilers, Plumbers, Painters, Joiners, etc).
Ensuring appropriate materials are ordered and delivered.
Finalising the works and signing off the works.
Offering and after-care service to customers.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
You will be friendly and approachable, and will engage these qualities with our customers, ensuring they are happy with the final product.
You will have a backgroung of managing within the construction sector or could have a plumbing / heating background
