Donard Recruitment are delighted to have been retained by the UK's leading BPO provider to recruit for a Recruitment Team Leader for their Brighton office.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest and fastest growing providers of integrated professional support services in the UK.
The position holder will be responsible for playing their part for a diverse recruiting operation whose aim is to deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout an inclusive recruitment process.
You will be required to lead your team by taking ownership for their performance and pro-actively developing plans to deliver the required outcomes. You will be required to set clear and realistic performance objectives, including behavioral standards. Regularly review these and deal with performance issues in a timely, effective and constructive manner including effectively delivered appraisals.
This is permanent position with a salary of GBP27K PA.
Duties:
* Achieve the clients core purpose through a candidate and people focus
* Clearly and positively engage with the team to communicate business priorities
* Ensure efficient use of time and resource (own and others) to meet deadlines and Service Level Agreements
* Share and stimulate best practice both within your own team and the wider business where appropriate
* Take time to motivate and develop your team in an inclusive environment, whilst celebrating team and individual success
* Monitor and check processes for quality purposes, taking pro-active and collaborative action to correct any errors and achieve targets
* Be mindful of costs and benefits when making decisions and/or through actions
* Proactively suggest ideas for improvement to people processes, customer service, partnership and / or reputation whilst encouraging others to do the same
* Understand and ensure proper use of policies as detailed within the clients' Managers Guide
Criteria:
* Previous supervisory / performance management experience
* IT Literate
* Effective of organisation and attention to detail
* Excellent influencing and communication skills
* Flexible approach to change, encouraging the same in team
* Proactive in ensuring individual behaviours contribute to positive business reputation
* Collaborative team player; leads by example

* Experience of working within a recruitment department
