The successful candidate will have a trade qualification, proven skills and competence in a wide range of maintenance activities including plumbing works, electrical, carpentry, construction and decorating works.
The role rquires someone to deliver work to a high standard in line with the Company health and safety procedures and be able to work on their own or as part of a small team.
