An opportunity to work for a Council's Housing Development Company!
I'm looking for someone with experience in progressing housing development opportunities to work for a Development Company located in West Suffolk. You'll be part of the Growth Service and Strategic Housing Team.
Responsibilities and Activities:
* Identify and seek land opportunities for housing development.
* Conduct complex feasibility studies and financial appraisals on potential sites.
* Prepare housing development project briefs and project management plans.
* Build, manage and maintain strong relationships with internal teams.
* Act as lead client officer, directly liaising with the company's Board of Directors
