We are currently seeking a business development professional with experience to execute sales strategies role. OSP Labs/Heypayless is looking for a highly motivated and high-energy technical business development manager to grow our business by selling technical services including but not limited to software engineering, product development, process automation, and enterprise healthcare solution.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit and drive.
- Identifying pain points in business to generate new prospects.
- Meeting prospect leads with your different efforts.
- Work in an integrated manner with the team members from lead generation to order closure.
- Execution of technical business development sales strategies to move targeted prospects to active opportunities, while positioning OSP Labs as the preferred solution provider for decision makers of target companies.
- Understand and communicate customer expectations effectively; gain technical and other support as necessary to exceed customer requirement and expectations.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Previous successful sales management experience a plus.
This is an ideal position for those who want to build a business on the side and work at your own pace. You will be supported through a full-time director, account-based marketing leads, fully funded event opportunities, expense reimbursements, and an annual black-tie company event.
Remuneration: 10% profit sharing on project kick-off; estimated quarterly earnings up to $ 20,000
Pay-out: Weekly
