Legal Cashier - 12 month Fixed Term contract

My client, a leading firm of solicitors is looking to recruit a dynamic candidate that has extensive Legal Cashier experience to join their team.

This is a 12 month Fixed Term contract position that would suit someone who has the relevant Legal experience.

Main duties and responsibilities:

* Dealing with day to day postings of client account, receipts, bills and transfers etc.
* Posting and printing cheques daily
* Monitoring Accounts Inbox daily
* Taking on-line card payments from clients (daily)
* Bank Reconciliations
* Monitoring and posting of daily banking from various branches
* Monitoring and posting daily credit/debit card payments received via World pay
* Accounts housekeeping throughout the month
* Paying interpreters fees (weekly)
* Collating and processing company credit cards
* Client Account residual balance control
* Ensuring compliance with SAR rules
* Liaising with branch offices to answer any queries and provide support
* To produce internal reports when required

Personal Attributes
* 2-3 year's experience as a cashier or legal accounts role is essential
* Case Management Experience (Proclaim preferred but not essential)
* Good sense of humour
* Must be accurate with Attention to detail
* Excellent IT skills
