The Opportunity

Our collaborative and cohesive Technology and Business Change team is winning business fast. Having conquered the South West market, they're building our presence further north. This is the right time to join this team and be part of our success!

This is a warm desk, growth opportunity with a succession plan. Initially as the Resourcer, you'll support the team in servicing long term existing clients as well as new clients who are frequently acquired in the regions.

From this role, your dedication and commitment will ensure your transition to a full cycle Recruiter role. In this position, you'll benefit from the support of the senior team in building your own portfolio and you'll work on roles ranging from low level graduate positions to senior management roles.

Who You Are

You're already in a customer facing and/or sales role where you've built a reputation for high level service and a collaborative style. Recruitment experience is not a pre requisite, however you'll be a natural networker and a team player.
