Conrad Consulting are currently recruiting for a RIBA Part 2 Architectural assistant to work for a well known Architectural practice near Stockport.
This Multi-disciplinary firm of Architects, Technicians and Interior Designers have established a stellar reputation across the North of England and are continuously expanding into other regions.
Predominantly working on Hotel, Residential and Leisure schemes, this reputable firm of designers are looking to add a RIBA Part 2 Architectural Assistant to their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
In order to be considered for this role, we would hope you meet the following criteria:
??Degree Qualified to RIBA Part 1 or RIBA Part 2 level.
??Previous experience working on Residential, Hotel, Leisure or Hospitality sector projects.
??Excellent knowledge of construction methods.
??Excellent communication skills.
??Ability to present ideas coherently, both to internal and external teams.
??Ability using AutoCAD and Photoshop software.
The office here is commutable by car from South Manchester and most parts of Cheshire, if you are unsure about this please feel free to mention this with me when discussing your suitability to the role.
