Complaints Analyst

We are currently recruiting for a Complaints Analyst based In Loughborough for a 12 month contract.

You need to have a science based qualification. Lab experience would be beneficial. You will need to be computer literate, and have previous experience investigating complaints.

Your responsibilities will include:

You will be involved in Health & safety programs, safety actives and compliance.

You will be investigating complaints and administration.

You will need to get to the root cause or the complaint

You need to keep up communication with the customer

You will then need to Resolve the complaints within a timely manner.
