Cheltenham Festivals is a leading cultural organisation and charity with around 36 days of festivals of Literature, Jazz, Music and Science as well as year round educational projects.

The Corporate Partnerships Team is a huge part of Cheltenham Festivals and essential to ensuring we can achieve our vision as a charity which feeds the human spirit. We currently have a portfolio of amazing partnerships with well-known brands spanning across various sectors, many of which we’ve partnered with for over five years, and a strong team vision for what needs to be achieved over the next five years to grow income from this source.

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Junior Partnerships Executive to support the whole Corporate Partnerships team to manage and grow key partnerships with leading UK and global businesses.  You will be confident, organised and conscientious, a real team player and passionate about getting stuck in to support others with a wide variety of tasks. The role requires you to work on multiple projects at once, so the ideal candidate will also show an ability to multi-task and prioritise their workload to ensure that deadlines are met.

This is the perfect role for somebody wanting to start out in the charity and cultural sector to learn all there is to know about Corporate Partnerships from a talented team who have big ambitions for the future. This role sits within a dynamic, creative and collaborative team with inspiring new leadership.

Experience of working in a Charity or an arts organisation is desirable, but not essential.
