An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assistant/Administrator to join a leading international organisation, based at their state of the art site in Chesterfield.
This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract opportunity.
The main purpose of the role is to perform administration tasks for the Quality department and to ensure that the quality that the company provides is to the outstanding level that is expected.
Key Duties and Responsibilities will include:
* Working alongside the Quality Manager to improve the quality processes in the company
* Generate and alter documentation such as work instructions, procedures & forms
* Organisation and control of internal documents
* Assist with Internal Auditing duties
* Generate monthly performance reports on manufacturing process (KPl's)
* Assist with measurements and inspections of components to assure quality of product
* Ensure Calibration is up to date
* Assist Quality Manager with Supplier Corrective Action requests and dealing with Customer Complaints
* Attend daily manufacturing meetings as the quality representative
* Monitor Customer supplier net
* Any other reasonable request made by a Director/Manager of the organisation
The successful applicant will have:
* Excellent attention to detail
* Knowledge of Excel & Word
* Be able to adapt to quick processes
* Experience in an production environment

Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:30am - 16:30pm
