Key Responsibilities:

* Will be the first of contact to meet and greet clients.
* Screening calls over the telephone.
* Liaise and communicate closely with other departments.
* Processing payments.
* Stock Management
* Sending reports to the manufacturers.
* Ordering parts
* Assisting the Sales team with paperwork and after sales documentation
* Updating and tracking in house system with updated stock.
* Monitoring and updating website
* Ad hoc admin duties, photocopying and filing.
* House keeping duties

Essential Skills:

* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Fully proficient with Microsoft, Word, Excel
* Attention to detail
* Ability to be highly organised
* Meeting deadlines with a sense of urgency
* Proactive approach
* Customer Service skills
* Honest, reliable, hardworking individual
* Strong initiative
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Basic numeracy skills GCSE'S, English and Maths.
