Customer Service Advisor - German or Italian Speaking

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing and successful team on a full time, permanent basis based in Banbury. You must be a go-geter, who is raring to go and not fazed by hard work and pressure. Your prime role will be to deliver outstanding personalised service to the customer, each and every time be it by phone, email or in person at one of their tradeshows.
Key accountabilities for the Customer Service Advisor German or Italian Speaking:
??Liaising with customers & sales agents on a daily basis, delivering exceptional customer service
??Being the first point of contact for general enquiries, calls and emails
??Taking orders over the phone and by email ensuring order confirmations are sent out promptly
??Processing orders
??Achieving targets through upselling and cross selling
??Supporting account growth
??Setting up new accounts
??Booking in, dispatching orders and processing card payments
??Informing customers of order lead time
??Maintaining admin filing systems
??Processing returns
Key skills for the Customer Service Advisor German or Italian Speaking:
