We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage and Protection Consultant based in the Winchester office of Hamptons International.

About the role

Due to growth following an acquisition, Capital Private Finance are now recruiting for a Mortgage and Protection Consultant to cover the Winchester area. Capital Private Finance is vastly expanding and now is the time to take your career forward, within Countrywide - the UKs largest and award winning property service group.

CPF consultants provide specialist advice to clients on property finance and are able to assist those with complex income structures and more unusual circumstances. Consultants are able to utilise bridging, commercial, development and other structures within their solutions and, due to the nature of its clients, the company has developed relationships with private banks and lenders not available to the majority of other firms.

This is, of course, in addition to typical first charge mortgages from the high street and other specialist lenders.

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

• CeMap qualified
• Previous experience as a mortgage broker
• Be able to demonstrate strong protection sales skills and knowledge
• Drive and enthusiasm
• Ability to build relationships at all levels
