Wills and Probate Secretary Job Ref: TSLGJ1804
LOCATION: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP18,000 per annum
Other benefits to include: Salary on offer is GBP18,000 per annum, 20 days holiday plus an additional 4 days for the office to close at Christmas and work place pension scheme
WORKING HOURS: 8.30am - 5.00pm with an hour for lunch
THE COMPANY: Our client is a one of the leading North Nottinghamshire firms of solicitors working across four offices in Mansfield, Sutton in Ashfield and in Nottingham.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Wills and Probate Secretary to join our Mansfield office.
The Wills and Probate Secretarial role will be a fast paced, varied and demanding position, you will be supporting Senior Solicitors and Fee Earners.
Key Responsibilities of the Wills and Probate Secretary to include:-
• Audio typing & word processing through Digital Dictation
• Diary management
• Administrative duties
• Filing
• Photocopying
• Assisting other members of the department as required
• Presentation of correspondence and documents
• Liaising with Clients
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will be organised, have file management skills with an attention to detail and be a confident communicator with excellent client care skills.
You will be a very organised individual with a positive attitude. Our client is looking for someone who is self-motivated and enjoy working in a challenging, busy and professional environment.
The ideal candidate for this role will come from a legal background. Experience within Wills & Probate desired but not essential.
Key experience for the Wills and Probate Secretary role based in Mansfield:
• Must live within a commutable distance of Mansfield
• Previous Audio Typing experience
• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel and Outlook)
