QA Officer - Pharmaceuticals - Fixed term Contract

An expanding pharmaceutical company in the midlands is currently looking for a QA Officer to join their team to cover maternity in it's efficient functioning and implementation of all site quality plans.

As a QA Officer, you will report to the QA Manager and have responsibility for all QA related activities including review and approval of change controls, deviations, OOS, CAPAs and SOPs, internal/external audits, QA review of project documentation and providing training, supervision and advice to junior members of the QA team.

Essentials

• Demonstrable Quality Assurance experience
• Experience with Internal Auditing
• Demonstrable familiarity with QMS, deviations, CAPAs, batch release documentation
• Knowledge of EU and UK quality related pharmaceutical regulations

Desirables

• Life Science degree or equivalent industrial experience
• Previous experience liaising with external bodies and suppliers (supply chain etc.)
