Our client is currently seeking a Residential Sales Negotiator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role presents a great opportunity for the right candidate who is looking to start their career, build on their skills within a great team. 

The Role: As Residential Sales Negotiator you will have a great opportunity to show your desire to forge a career and offer the highest levels of service.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Working with other team members to optimize your Branch’s performance
• Ensure company standards are met and maintained
• Dealing with incoming enquires about properties
• Register applicants’ details and property requirements
• Book and conducting market appraisals, instructions, viewings and valuations
• Handle monies received
• Acquire local market knowledge

• Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with your Manager and your team colleagues
• Show excellent rapport building skills
• Able to work under pressure
