We are now seeking a Senior Security Supervisor to join us and ensure that a high-quality service is delivered to our customer, an internationally successful business. 

What does the role involve?  

As a Senior Security Supervisor, you’ll oversee security personnel and daily operational issues for our customer, a high profile company.  

Leading by example, you’ll demonstrate Securitas’ values of integrity, vigilance and helpfulness in your day-to-day activities. You’ll act as a primary point of contact for security matters and ensure that any issues are swiftly dealt with.  

Your other duties will involve:  

- Providing training, guidance and support to staff 
- Facilitating communication between the security and management teams 
- Reporting any issues to the Security Site Manager 
- Ensuring that all relevant legal requirements are adhered to 

To be considered as a Senior Security Supervisor, you’ll need:  

- A valid SIA licence 
- Supervisory skills (this could have been gained while covering supervisor shifts as a Security Officer)
- Great customer service skills 
- A high level of IT literacy 
- A proactive approach and the confidence to suggest better ways of working

Please note, this is a full time role, working nights only, Monday – Friday, 19:30 – 7:30.
