A national and growing property management company based in St. Neots are looking for additional Human Resources support within their Shared Services Team. The business thrives on excellent customer service and professional HR advice from the national team which acts as the first point of contact for over 300 employees of the business.

The role of HR Administrator is a vital part of the team and requires excellent attention to detail, ability to follow enhance and challenge procedures and policies where appropriate and champion excellent stakeholder management internally and externally.

Main responsibilities will include

* Act as first point of contact for inbound queries via, telephone, mail, email

* To ensure the team have an approachable and professional presence in the office

* Provide excellent customer service and to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded where possible

Undertake administration duties that include

*

* Processing starter, leavers and internal movers (and deal with all compliance processes that facilitate these actions)

* Ensure employee records are accurately maintained

* Processing invoices where needed

* Producing reports for senior managers in a variety of formats including Word and Excel

Support the recruitment activities that include

*

* Advertising new vacancies internally and externally

* Scheduling interviews with managers and stakeholders

* Meeting and greeting candidates when they arrive for interviews

Background and Experience we are looking for

* Administration in a HR / L&D / Recruitment function

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels

* Process driven with the foresight and planning ability to enhance processes where needed

* Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge with Excel and Word

* Prior experience working within a shared services team would be desirable but not essential

Education and Qualifications

* GCSE's in English and Math (or equivalent)

* Ideally CIPD (not essential)
