The Person

You will need to be a motivated and creative individual who has a strong character and exudes positive behaviours in line with their Company values to join their engineering team. The role will report directly to the Engineering Team Leader and will work alongside the engineering and production teams

You will need to have experience of:

??Maintenance and installation of machinery
??Automated and manual conveyors, fillers, packers and washers
??Electrical systems, Pneumatics, Hydraulics and Motor Drives
??Welding and Fabrication experience (would be advantageous)
??Good Health and Safety legislation knowledge and effective communication skills

The Role

As an experienced multi-skilled engineer you will be responsible for:

??Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance
??Emergency breakdown cover on all production machinery
??Fault finding and diagnostic work
??Installation of new machinery throughout the factory.

You will be required to work 12 hour shifts (6am - 6pm), 7 days out of 14 and you must be willing to work the flexible hours needed to fulfil the requirements of this role. This may include some night shifts with peaks in the business.
