Working closely with multiple functions within the business including Creative, Editorial, Trading, UX and Marketing, the role's core responsibility is driving efficiencies throughout digital creative operations. In addition to the ongoing task of managing the workflow through the Creative Team, this role will be responsible for establishing and leading new processes and ways of working.

About the Role: -

To ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the Online Creative Team
  • by managing the team's workflow - sourcing and communicating requirements, ensuring processes are followed, allocating and prioritising projects appropriately, problem-solving and managing change.
  • by maintaining and continually developing planning documents for all BAU digital creative activity, including a weekly schedule for the creative team and capacity planning tools.
  • by ensuring the effective use of project management tools (e.g. Trello), supporting other users across the department.
  • by managing the Creative Team's annual budget.
  • by managing resource, the recruitment of freelance team members, and invoicing administration.
  • by supporting the Online Creative Team with office administration - IT/helpdesk issues, etc

To project manage online creative projects inc. campaigns, launches, events and new initiatives
  • by working closely with project management functions in Marketing & Creative to establish new, efficient ways of planning inter-department projects, sharing information, communicating progress and managing business expectations.
  • by defining and communicating a set of project management standards within the department.
  • by working closely with team members, third party suppliers and brands to ensure expectations are clear and delivery standards are met.
  • by ensuring projects have clear goals, managing change and sign-off, measuring their success, and learning from past experience to optimise process.
  • by creating and maintaining appropriate project planning documents that help plan and communicate project activity e.g. timelines and content matrixes.
  • by defining and introducing processes for new initiatives.
  • by managing all project costs.

To support with the production of in house creative photo shoots
  • by working closely with senior creatives in planning and producing creative photo shoots, including sample management and shoot co-ordination.

About you:-
  • Used to a fast paced creative studio environment
  • Familiar with the time on task required for a wide range of creative projects from BAU tasks to broader campaigns
  • An instigator and driver of change
  • Experienced in stakeholder management up to Director level
  • A confident and concise communicator
  • Familiar with task management software such as Trello.
