Title: Management Accountant (Qualified)

Contracted hours: 37.5 hours
Contract type: 6 month FTC
Salary: GBP33,000 - GBP38,000 per annum

Location: Bradford based but will involve some travel to our locations estimated to be on average 2 days per month (may include overnight stays)

We're currently looking for a qualified Management Accountant to join our Finance Business Partnering team. Do you have previous experience in Management Accounting and stakeholder management? Do you have a good working knowledge of a number of business accounting systems and processes? Do you want to work for a Times top 100 organisation? If so we need you.

Please note this role will involve occasional travel to locations throughout the country

You will be reporting to the Finance Business Partner producing and improving monthly management accounts and financial information including interpretation and commentary for stakeholders. You will have ownership of the monthly forecasting process in both the income and expenditure account and the balance sheet including: production of reports and interpretation of impact, communication of output to stakeholders and overall control of annual budget cycle with all reporting. You be identifying, interpreting and communicating key financial information in order to drive financial performance through challenge and support across the organisation. You will need to ensure all relevant processes and systems are fit for purpose, compliant and continuously reviewed for improvement. You will actively contribute to the delivery of a successful finance function through developing and supporting others within a collaborative working environment.

You will be ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified and will have experience of management accounting and stakeholder management alongside the ability to produce and interpret period end accounts and MI/KPI reports. You will have experience of technical accounting and variance analysis and experience of working with a variety of accounting and reporting systems. You will possess advanced Excel and IT skills and good reporting skills alongside a good working knowledge of a number of business accounting systems and processes
