Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Q&A Advisor, your role will be to assist in monitoring the performance quality of our client's sales agents during visits to customer’s homes. You will contact customers following these visits and provide them with a verbal questionnaire to determine the customer satisfaction of the visit. Any information obtained during the telephone call will be reported on their internal system in order to facilitate monitoring, grading and performance of their agents. You will also ensure any concern raised by the customers is properly recorded and forwarded to the relevant department, to ensure sure full resolution.
Duties will include:
- Outbound calls to customers to obtain feedback on the sales agents visit.
- Collect all information obtained via scripted questions & record it on their internal systems
- Address all concerns raised; forward issues to other departments when necessary.
- Ensure all complaints are correctly recorded.
