I have an opportunity for a full time admin role based in Wokingham. This role is a temporary assignment with view to being extended thereafter and becoming a permanent role. The hours are: 08:30am till 5pm with an hour for lunch. The salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities, but will not be restricted, include:
Receptionist
- Dealing with phone calls
- Dealing with meeting visitors
- Deliveries
General office duties
- Stationery ordering / management
- General provisions (coffee, toilet rolls, bleach, dishwasher tablets etc)
- Making drinks for meetings
- Incoming post sorting and distribution
- Outgoing post
- Ordering stamps
- Oil / red diesel ordering
- Waste licences
- Environment agency licences
- Road fund licences
- Klargesters
- Delivery note matching with invoices
- Entering meter readings on spreadsheet
- Printing emailed supplier invoices & statements
- Laminating / binding when required
Accounts duties
- Opera II use
- Purchase invoice entering (and sometimes coding)
- Entering residential income/expend from Agent Statements
- Service charge copies and entering on S/C spreadsheets
- Entering timesheets (including checking codes)
- Sundry sales invoices
- Utility recharge invoices
- Banking (Anne rarely did this)
- Remittance advices
- Checking supplier statements against Suggested Payments
- Copy and send Subcontractor payment paperwork
- Income and Expenditure Report
- Chasing outstanding rent & s/c invoices etc
- Entering sales receipts on Opera
