Graduate Building Surveyor / Assistant Building Surveyor required:
A forward-thinking property and construction consultancy with offices UK wide are seeking a client-facing Assistant Building Surveyor to join their expanding Huntingdon based team.
This multi-disciplined consultancy offer the full range of traditional building surveying services across a variety of sectors including commercial, retail/leisure and transport/automotive.
The Role Of The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor?
* Acquisition advisory and due-diligence
* Contract administration
* Defect diagnosis
* License of alterations
* Schedules of condition
The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor?
* 12+ months experience as a Graduate / Assistant Building Surveyor
* Enrolled on the APC pathway
* A client-facing demeanour, positive demeanour
* MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
In Return?
The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor Will Receive;
* GBP23,000 - GBP30,000 basic salary
* Tailored APC support
* Pay reviews every 6 months (and once chartered)
* 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
* Contributary pension
* RICS subscriptions and additional CPD exposure
* Frequent events and social outings
