Operations Coordinator job in Sheffield, 20k-25k, for stock/credit control and logistics
Your new company
A manufacturer which is going from strength to strength and is growing in its market worldwide with 160 offices across 70 different countries.
Your new role
You will join a team of 4 commercial administrators and report directly to the commercial manager, providing accurate invoicing and resolve disputes/ credit requests, as well as on-hand stocks and coordination with logistics for on time deliveries to customers. You will be responsible for maintaining an accurate and up to date filing system. On the job training and support will be provided to help you until you are familiar with the system.
What you'll need to succeed
You have got strong logistic skills, must have experience with order processing and building quotations, booking returns, arranging transportation and coordination with haulage companies, checking transport invoices and transport recovery. You must also have the skill set to use ERP (Microsoft Axapta) Word and Excel. And ultimately you're looking for a long-term career in a stable growing company.
What you'll get in return
You will get a salary between 20k-25k based on how qualified you are for the role and relevant training if you do need any support. It is a great company with a lot of opportunities for career progression as well as working aboard. They also have a bonus scheme which offers 10% of your salary as a bonus if your site hits its annual targets.
