My client is a heavyweight global law firm, with offices across the UK and internationally. As a result of an internal promotion, the recruitment team now seeks an experienced recruitment consultant (4+ years experience) to join an existing team which focuses on identifying and securing top flight legal professional talent for it's offices in Birmingham and other UK locations.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record (either agency or in-house), ideally within legal recruitment, but other professional services disciplines will also be considered.
Your role will involve managing the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish, producing engaging job descriptions and ads, direct sourcing via LinkedIn including engaging with passive candidates to build long term relationships, interviewing and assessing candidates, building your market knowledge and networks, liaising with preferred recruitment suppliers where required etc.
You must demonstrate a strong intellect, a professional approach and robust negotiation skills.
