The Job Opportunity
The Customer Experience Account Manager will be focused on delivering the best experiences to business customers and delivering financial performance for group shareholders. You will be part of a team that leads the improvement of outstanding customer service.
- You will own a number of Business Account customers and will lead the Customer Experience improvement for their portfolio of customers.
- Lead the development of Customer relationships, Net Promoter Score (NPS) improvement and achieve customer service level targets.
- Responsible for customer accounts, billing, complaints and general queries.
- Customer relationship building and account managing.
- Account Managing
- Billing Accuracy and Customer journey optimisation and profitability.
The Person: The successful candidate will possess:
- Customer relationship management with at least 2 years industry experience.
- Operating in the B2B Utilities/Energy sector ideally.
- Interest to work in the Energy and Utilities sector
- A track record of delivering Customer experience improvement (NPS) to customers.
- Strong team work ethics, helping to create brilliant results and excellent customer service levels.
- A commercial mind-set focused on delivering customer profitability.
- A positive attitude, willingness and ambition to work towards and achieve the set targets.
