Position: Production Line Operatives
Location: Chipping Camden
Salary: GBP25k Basic Salary + Bonuses and Overtime available
Encore Energy are currently recruiting for Production Line Operatives for a permanent position
Essential Requirements
- Own Transport due to location of site
- Happy to work a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off to include night shifts
- Good organisational skills
- Understading of machine operation and maintenance
- Previous experience within a biomass company would be advantageous
Your Duties will include;
- Day to day running of the production line
- Recording stock levels
- Carrying out regular quality control checks
- Keeping the work environment clean and tidy
- Comply with all Health and Safety
The Package;
- GBP25k Basic Salary
- Overtime at time and a half
- 12 hour shifts, 4 on 4 off
- Rotating shifts, days and nights
- 20 Days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays
- Bonus based on performance and attendance
