Our client is looking for an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to join the Swindon based team for 3-6 months at a transitional time for the business, at a rate of GBP300/day (although this may be flexible.)
You'll support a forward thinking Comms Director and work within a fun and engaging People Team, as you develop communications channels and partner with the business to support tactical communication requirements. This role will see you create engaging and informative communications, including the monthly newsletter and regular surveys. The business is looking to the future, so you'll also be developing a digital strategy for the business.
You'll be an Internal Comms professional, ideally with a background in a multi-site blue collar environments across operations or depot networks. You'll thrive in a fast paced environment, hands on in your approach and confident delivering suitable messages to a remote, non-office based population. You'll be adaptable and able to hit the ground running, as well as able to travel occasionally within the role. You'll be resilient, engaging and looking for a challenge!
We're looking to move quickly with this role so immediate interviews and starting early January is ideal.
