Position: Office Manager
Location: Central Cambridge
Salary: GBP27,000 - GBP30,000
My client is seeking an Office Manager to join their team on a permanent basis within the Education Sector. This will be full time, some flexibility with working hours and based in Central Cambridge.
Responsibilities include:
Organising visits on-site and ensure all visitors have a positive experience
Customer Servicing - be the main point of contact for any queries, ensuring they are escalated accordingly.
Arranging events on site and off - leading on the day
Office/housekeeping - ensure the office is well maintained and looks presentable always.
Drafting rotas
Recruitment
Drafting and advertising vacancies
Interviews - setting up interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Reference and eligibility checks - References, Right to Work, DBS checks etc
Inductions and new start documentation
Payroll documentation complete - administer and update records accordingly.
Maintain and organise performance reviews
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with the ability to work well with people of all levels. You will be trustworthy, energetic whilst being professional always.
You will be able to perform well under pressure with the ability to balance a range of responsibilities.
