Location: Wallsend (Close to Newcastle)
Salary: GBP32,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Salary: Depending on experience
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.00pm)

The RZ Group is currently working closely with a large financial services company who are looking to add to their savings team based in Newcastle. In this role you will be providing robust oversight of an outsourced service provider to ensure that performance aligns with strategic objectives.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring that performance is tracked against agreed measures
• Senior level communication with relevant support functions and challenge.
• Ensure delivery of quality and compliance frameworks with appropriate interventions
• Develop control processes and interrogate management information using operational knowledge
• Responsible for the day to day liaison of the outsource partner, act as the first level escalation point for any process and performance issues

Experience & Skills Required

• Experience in savings management
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory issues, including customer due diligence
• Broad commercial and financial awareness
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build relationships at all levels
