An AMAZING opportunity has come my way for a CATERING OPERATIONS MANAGER. (IN HOUSE WITH DAY TIME HOURS)

The purpose of this role is to provide full day to day operations of the site that holds a number of food outlets and caters for conferencing requirements.
The role will be responsible for delivering exceptional food, service and customer experience while working closely with the customer to ensure that the Clients high standards are met at all times.
The Manager must develop and deliver high quality food choices and lead and motivate a customer focused team to deliver a high quality service ensuring that the site provides a consistent service to it's customers.

Key Areas:
• To be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of food to be able to support with creative menus, stock planning and rotation, food preparation, delivery and customer service on site;
• Using Chef background and experience to ensure that innovative ideas and current trends in catering are identified and delivered on site;
• To organise, lead and motivate Kitchen and Front of House team in a busy environment in a professional manner;
• To ensuring that customer service and client satisfaction is key focus of all of team at all times;
• To ensure the planning, preparation, cooking and presentation of food is to the standards required by my Client.
• Build strong client relationship to support with maximising activity on site through identifying opportunities to improve or increase business and working with the client on any opportunities to support and attract customers to the site;
• Participate in the recruitment process to ensure that a suitable team is in place to meet with the requirements and demands of the site throughout season requirements, including undertaking interviewing, inductions and training activities;
• Manage and plan employee rotas, monitoring and managing manning levels according to site requirements and demands;
• To regularly monitor customer feedback and develop suitable action plans based on the results;
• To be customer focused at all times by being visible during service periods, approachable and quick to exceed expectations in fulfilling customer needs;
• To ensure that the site is kept to a high standard at all times and that presentation is maintained in line the expectations the Client and the customer at all times.
• Ensure that personal appearance standards are maintained by self and team, including wearing the correct uniform for role, conduct and customer care.
