Administrator, Barton Woodland Burial Ground, Cambridge
The Arbory Trust woodland burial ground was established more than 20 years ago and is located on the B1046 between Barton and Comberton just outside Cambridge. It is now about 40 acres in size and since June 2000 there have been over 1300 interments and currently, the average is 3-4 funerals per week. The Trust is a charity, self-financing and chaired by the Bishop of Ely.
The post will be largely full time though hours and salary are negotiable [between 32 and 40 hours per week and in the range £18,000 - £24,000 pa] depending on skills and experience. The person appointed should be a car driver living preferably in the Cambridge area.
