Digital Business Analyst

Reporting to the Business Analyst Manager, the successful Business Analyst will work closely with business teams across the company to understand, document and deliver requirements associated with significant business problems and opportunities.

This is a hands-on role, working alongside Developers, Testers, Product Owners, UX and UI designers. At Jet2.com and Jet2holidays the BA has an integral part to play in the full software development life-cycle. You will be an adaptable and pro-active self-starter who will use their initiative to solve problems. You will have the ability to motivate and encourage collaboration amongst the Project Team members.

You will have the freedom to help develop and mould the role by exploring the latest methods and techniques. You will be responsible for working with subject matter experts to understand their requirements, analysing these in detail, working the analysis through into user stories, then collaborate with the development team to refine and plan the work.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to build and maintain fantastic working relationships with 3rd party suppliers and colleagues at all levels. You must have previous experience delivering projects in an Agile environment and preferably have worked within Ecommerce.
