Sales Advisor

My client is based in Hove and is known for investing and developing local talent. They pride themselves on honesty, integrity and being wholly customer focussed and they are now recruiting for experienced sales advisors to join their well-established team.

You will receive and excellent basic salary of GBP22k - GBP24kpa with uncapped commission GBP40k on target earnings within the first year.

Hours: Full Time - varied shifts

Your Responsibilities:

• Telephone based sales advisor within the Insurance sector
• Upselling and cross selling other products and services
• Selling a variety of insurance-based packages
• Managing sales enquiries via email and telephone
• Converting quotations to sales
• Offering out-standing customer service to all customers

Do you have the following skills and experience:

• Previous telephone sales experience, ideally within financial services or insurance
• Customer service skills
• Strong relationship builder
• Thrives in a target driven environment
• Consultative approach to selling
• Fast learner and developer
• Experience in working in a fast-paced sales environment
