£20,661 per annum pro rata for 37 hours per week, 41 weeks per year (term time plus 2 weeks)

We are looking for experienced individuals who:

• have the ability and desire to contribute positively to the academy community;

• have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire others;

• are resilient and patient.

• Will provide support and intervention to promote student attainment, achievement, attendance and wellbeing

• as part of a team will be responsible for the welfare and behaviour of students, promoting positive student attitudes and behaviour.
