Support Workers

Support Workers are required for our Supported Living Service in Redruth.

We are active and sociable people, looking for like-minded people to join our team.

No day is ever the same as the people we support are always out and about doing various activities.

Some days they may need support going to work, other days with their hobbies and activities.

The most important thing is that you are passionate about what you do and compassionate towards the people we support.

You will provide care and support personalised to the individuals we support in line with their Care Plan.

No experience necessary.

Full training provided.

£8.20per hour rising to £8.75 after induction completed.
