Conveyancing Paralegal.
As part of ongoing expansion, a forward thinking firm in the Lake District are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal.
You'll be joining an established and growing conveyancing team which is split across several offices. Your role will be to manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish. This will include sales and purchases, both freehold and leasehold, together with remortgages, transfers, and other property transactions.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will be a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal with at least 12 months' experience in managing your own caseload. (Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive also considered).
The firm are offering a competitive salary, 25 days holiday, and lots of perks/benefits.
The firm are looking to expand their conveyancing team in any of their offices across the South Lake District, therefore will consider Conveyancers to be based at any of their offices including Kendal Barrow and Ulverston.
