As our Deputy Principal, you will ensure our students receive outstanding learning by inspiring and challenging our staff to deliver our vision of unlocking potential through learning.
We have been through turbulence and change and we inhabit a challenging environment. Your role will be as our leader in curriculum development and innovation, facilitating excellence in teaching and learning and to drive rapid and continuous improvements in quality.
The Board is looking for candidates who can work with our team of leaders and staff and with our partners to deliver our vision and our mission to develop individual, local and regional prosperity and wellbeing. You will be educated to Degree level and hold a management qualification and/or higher Degree, a Level 5 teaching qualification and a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
