Support Workers/Bank/Nights
Rawleigh House is a Registered Care Home for 6 adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, consistent Support Worker/s to join our small, friendly team. A positive attitude is a must and a willingness to learn. We have several posts:
Support Worker (Waking Nights) -21 hrs/week
Support Worker 37.5 hrs/week ( or 2 part-time)
BANK Support Workers - as and when required
Our service users are at the heart of what we do and every support worker is a crucial member of our team, supporting individuals to achieve their goals and live the life they want.
Every day working for Encompass is different from the last and as a support worker you will be helping our service users with all aspects of their daily lives, including getting ready (including personal hygiene), preparing meals, going to appointments, socialising, helping manage money, taking part in hobbies and more.
Although not essential, previous experience would be an advantage, but you will need to be flexible, reliable and committed.
