Customer Service Advisor – Contract - Telford
We are recruiting on behalf of one of Telford’s best known and respected companies. We are currently looking to recruit a new customer service advisor for them on an on-going temporary / contract basis to work in their customer service department.
You’ll need to be available at short notice and have a stable work history within a customer service or contact centre environment.
Duties will include dealing with incoming calls; dealing with customer orders and complaints; organising diaries of service staff and deliveries and general admin support.
You must be well organised, IT literate and have excellent communication skills to be considered for the role. You will need to be available at short notice and have a good level of customer service experience.
Hours of work do require slight flexibility, but there are genuine rewards, support and prospects for the right person.
The site is accessible on public transport from most parts of Telford, though it is also accessible from Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton and Telford.
