Role Description

Will you be our new Talent (HR) Administrator?

We are looking for someone who can assist the Talent Partner in EMEA region on a variety of areas, including: recruitment and on-boarding, employee relations, and benefits.

Are you someone who has a real interest in developing and progressing in the Talent area?

Are you someone who can bring new ideas to the table, allowing your quirks and creativity to flourish?

You will be responsible for providing accurate information, documentation, support and excellent customer service to both Staff & Tour Leaders (Chief Experience Officers - CEO's) throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Responsibilities

  • Talent administration for the region for all stages throughout the employee life cycle for both Staff & CEO's.
  • Supporting the recruitment cycle for the region including: posting job advertisements, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and conducting pre-employment background checks
  • Assist with Talent queries from Staff & CEO's.
  • Administering the regional benefits programs
  • Supporting new employee on-boarding
  • Assisting in the updating of policies and procedures in line with legislation changes and provide staff and CEO's with guidance on policies and procedures.
  • Assist in payroll preparation when needed
  • Managing the HRIS to create records, compile reports and ensure files are up-to-date
  • Support employee relations procedures
  • Manage the regional Talent email inbox
  • Participate in and support global projects as needed

Requirements

  • 1-2 years previous administrative experience within an HR department is essential
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and best practices
  • Eager to learn and assist whenever needed
  • Superb written and spoken communication skills
  • Organised and efficient in daily tasks
  • The ability to demonstrate discretion with sensitive information
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
  • Able to live and work in the UK
