Salary: £17,090– £18,502 plus excellent benefits

Hours: 37 hours per week

Do you love providing high quality customer service combined with administration?

Come and work as part of a team in a busy and fast-moving admissions team. Successful candidates will be able demonstrate excellent customer service and multitasking skills.

You will act as the College's first response to contact from all customers and provide a comprehensive information service to prospective students, current students, employers and other stakeholders using a range of communication methods to satisfy customer enquiries at the first point of contact including taking payments and resolving complaints.

You will process applications for the learner’s journey from application to enrolment, meeting targets for data accuracy, response rates and delivering high satisfaction levels to both external and internal customers.

We work shift patterns across city centre sites and operate an evening reception on a pre-agreed rota, as well as helping on college wide evening events.
